Important Shipping Information:

All shipping costs are final and Rodeo Mart will not be refunding any shipping costs due to late shipment of order.

USPS Priority Mail is not a 2 DAY SHIPMENT! Delivery time depends on zones and location. Please give yourself a minimum of a 4-7 business days to receive your order. 

We will process and ship in stock items within 1-3 business days* after purchase. Some particular items do however ship differently. Please when ordering an item, take time to read the descriptions and details about the item in case there are stipulations on when or how a particular item may ship.

  • Drop ship orders vary depending on manufacture 
  • Custom chaps 4-6 weeks
  • Custom bull ropes 8-10 weeks
  • Custom vests 8-10 weeks
  • Anderson Bean Boots minimum of 4 months or 120 days
  • Horse Power Boots minimum of 4 months or 120 days
  • Ferrini Boots minimum 2-4 weeks until they ship

We highly recommend that you always give yourself time when needing a product to ensure that you get the products in a timely fashion for the lowest cost. We ship everyday except for weekends & holidaysWe are located in Fort Wayne Indiana, please refer to shipping zones for estimated times of delivery. After you make your purchase please remember we ship all in stock items within 1-3 business days* and here are the following carriers' estimated shipping times and services. 

United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • First Class Mail - Generally 4-8 business days* given location
  • Priority Mail/Ground Advantage - Generally 3-5 business days* given location
  • Priority Mail Express - Generally 1-2 business days* given location

United Parcel Service (UPS)

  • UPS Ground - Generally 4-6 business days* given location
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 day guaranteed service*
  • UPS Next Day Air - 1 day guaranteed service*

UPS Next Day Air

  • UPS does not deliver on weekends. If you wish to have an order ship on Saturday you must call and place order over phone and pay for Saturday Delivery costs (this is not offered on our website at this time)

  • Shipments utilizing this service must be placed on Thursday before 12 P.M. EST to guarantee delivery by Friday. 

UPS 2nd Day Air

  • UPS does not deliver on weekends. If you wish to have an order ship on Saturday you must call and place order over phone and pay for Saturday Delivery costs (this is not offered on our website at this time)

  • Shipments utilizing this service must be placed by Wednesday before 12 P.M. EST to guarantee delivery by Friday. 

    We do ship internationally, for rates put your items in the cart, choose your country and put your postal code for estimated shipping costs.

    Business Days* - Every working day excluding weekends and holidays

    Guaranteed Service* - Guaranteed number of business days from shipping date to delivery date excluding if the delivery date lands on weekends or holidays

    Returns & Exchanges

    Return Policy   

    Given the rugged nature of rodeo as a sport, any damaged or defective products can be exchanged within 12 days of purchase. After this period, Rodeo Mart is not responsible for addressing product issues, but you can file a claim by emailing evidence of the damage or defect to support@rodeomart.com, subject line: Claims Department, and we will review and respond to your claim via email.

    We DO NOT accept any returns on the following products
    • Custom Bull Ropes
    • Custom Chaps
    • Custom Rodeo Vests

    You may return all new unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund for the cost of the product you purchased. All products returned MUST be in BRAND NEW CONDITION or the return will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

    We do not accept any returns of any products after 30 days of purchase date.

    Rodeo Mart does not pay any costs associated with returns.

      Exchange Policy

      We DO NOT accept any exchanges on the following products

      • Custom Bull Ropes
      • Custom Chaps
      • Custom Rodeo Vests

          Customers are subject to pay shipping costs associated with their order both to and from Rodeo Mart.

          We do not accept any exchanges of any products after 30 days of purchase date and the products MUST be in BRAND NEW CONDITION. If not we will not accept the exchange. 

          Rodeo Mart does not pay any costs associated with exchanges.

          Please put a copy of your invoice in with your package and mail back to the address below with details on what you are want Rodeo Mart to proceed either via a return or exchange. 

          International Orders

          International Orders: We welcome orders from customers around the world. We have shipped to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, New Caledonia, Germany, France and other countries.
          • Tariffs and Import Duties: Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to import tariffs, taxes, and customs duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
          • Delivery Fees: In addition to tariffs and import duties, international orders may also incur delivery fees imposed by the postal or courier service in the destination country. These fees are not controlled by our company and are the responsibility of the recipient.
          • Shipping Times: Please note that international orders may have longer shipping times due to customs processing. We provide estimated delivery times, but these are subject to change based on customs clearance and other factors.
          • Tracking and Updates: We provide tracking information for international orders whenever possible. You will receive updates on the status of your shipment to help you stay informed about its progress. Tracking stops when it reaches the boarder of America and is only updated to let us know the order has been delivered.
          • Returns and Refunds: We do not offer refunds for orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid tariffs, import duties, or delivery fees. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance at support@rodeomart.com.
