If your box appears damaged please inspect as soon as possible. If the product has been damaged in shipping, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 (pick ups). After UPS picks up the damaged product, please let us know via email, firstname.lastname@example.org

Here at RodeoMart.com, we inspect every piece prior to shipping. Unfortunately, even the best quality audit programs let a piece slip occasionally. If you received the wrong product or a defective product you must notify us via email: email@example.com within 3 days. Please include the product shipped and a description of the problem

Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you. Our most ordered item here are custom chaps and custom hats.

We gladly accept the return of International Orders. However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment. Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to RodeoMart.

We will issue a UPS call tag. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship out a new one. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item.
