Shipping & Returns
At Beastmaster Rodeo our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You can trust we will process and ship in stock items within 1-3 days after purchase. Some particular items do however ship differently. Please when ordering an item, take time to read the descriptions and details about the item in case there are stipulations on when a particular item may ship. For example: Custom chaps ship upon completion usually within 4-6 weeks, Custom bull ropes take 8-10 weeks, Custom vests take 8-10 weeks, Custom hats take 3-5 weeks, and some boots can take up to 120 days depending on the style. These Custom products are hand made in America and take time .
We highly recommend that you always give yourself time when needing a product to ensure that you get the products in a timely fashion for the lowest cost. We ship everyday except for weekends. Also note that UPS does not deliver to locations on the weekends unless a Saturday delivery is attached to shipment. For Saturday Delivery request please contact 1-866-447-6336 (Charges will apply).
Here's some examples to note about how shipping works:
Economy free shipping can take 1-3 days to process before your item ships.
For paid shipments such as First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air: Orders are processed and shipped the following business day after purchase.
Exception to this rule on paid shipments are: Protective Vest, Custom Ropes, Custom Chaps, Custom Hats , Back ordered Boots . Please refer to products description to see lead time on shipments of these particular items.
Please note any NEXT DAY AIR that are placed on Thursday after 2PM EST will not arrive to you until the following MONDAY
Please note any 2nd DAY AIR that are placed on Wednesday after 2PM EST will not arrive until MONDAY.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world; however there are restrictions on some products and international destinations. Please note there is NO Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and any other orders outside the United States. Call or email us at 1-866-447-6336 for more information on international shipments.
Note: Some items will be shipped from another warehouse so sometimes expect possibly two packages. Most items will ship the next business day after order is placed, but please allow 1-3 days to ship.
You may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except custom items (custom rope, custom chaps,Custom hats, vests etc.). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Just place the item you want to return back in the box with the invoice and note that you want a refund or exchange.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless there was an error on our end. If your item is damaged in shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier.
All orders that need exchanges due to customers mistake such as: wrong size helmet, wrong size boot, wrong size vest etc. Then the customer is subject to pay for the shipping both back to Rodeomart and pay the shipping of exchanged item back to customer.
Money back guaranteed on items returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of purchase if item is returned and still in new condition, there will be a restocking fee depending on the item amount and you will be given an in store credit of whatever the left over amount is. No exceptions.
