The Rm Heeler Quick Release is a safety device used by tied-on heelers side.  The leather strap ties around the horn for a secure fit and easy adjustment. Easy to operate, metal quick release is low profile and streamlined with a smooth release action. Pull lever to release the rope. Smooth action and easy to use. Includes replacement rubber bands.
